We want you to love your My Babiie fashion pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
